Great customer service from start to finish It was an absolute pleasure no hard sale fixed price we purchased a blue c4 Picasso. Test drove with my wife agreed to buy and took the 3 year warranty. Came with a full mot the pad and discs passed but were low so they replaced for free before we took delivery.

Well, what can I write! Five ✨️, wish I could give more! From my very first contact with Hothfield Car Sales to the moment I drove away with our new car, everything went smoothly. Louis was professional, understanding and not at all pushy (I don't react well to pushy salespeople, as none of us do!) He reached out to me the same day I sent my inquiry and arranged a viewing at my convenience. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the vehicle I was interested in, and trust me I had more than enough! I wanted to know everything about the car and he was more than happy to oblige. I was allowed to look over the vehicle on my own, and inspect/test the car and engine until I was satisfied. Not once did he indicate that I was being annoying! He was professional, kind and such a gent right to the end of our transaction. I can truly state that I consider Louis and Hothfield Car Sales to be the most professional and without a doubt the easiest to do business with compared to any other car retailer I've experienced over my many years, and I can confirm their cars are both excellent value and condition. Great service, booked an appointment to view 2 cars, both were unlocked and doors open for me to view upon arrival. No one was pushy and let me, my mum and sister have a look inside both until I was ready to test drive. Was allowed an unaccompanied test drive which makes it less daunting. Purchased the car one Saturday and collected it the following Saturday, but had notification it was ready sooner. As a woman buying a car it can sometimes be difficult but this whole process was seamless.

I would come back again. Was able to book a viewing promptly after emailing. Car was as advertised - clean and in good condition. Louis was lovely and you could not fault his service. Car was mot’d and we were able to pay a deposit and pay later. Picked car up a week later. Would thoroughly recommend this car dealer.
