Having been in the motor industry since 1985 and trading from our freehold premises for over 21 years. We can offer full dealer facilities including debit card payments, competitive finance packages and can supply you with a range of warranties that best suits your investment. we understand that a good reputation is very important and we aim to maintain this by giving you the correct advice when purchasing your next vehicle from us.

All of our vehicles are supplied with  MOT &  at least 3 months warranty (with the exception of TRADE SALE / PX TO CLEAR vehicles, which do not come with any warranty)

2. Our preferred payment method is by DIRECT BANK TRANSFER as its fee free, we also accept debit cards, sorry cheques or credit cards are no longer accepted as payment
3. Comprehensive warranties  from 3 months to 36 month packages at competitive prices to protect your investment.
4. We have a marketing team checking prices to make sure we keep giving the best value for money, therefore there is no need for you to haggle, as each and everyone of our customers receive the best deal. We understand that when you invest in a vehicle you need to be sure your investment is sound so,  all our vehicles are HPI / Experian checked.
5.  A £500 Part payment / Deposit will secure any car.
6. We are a small Family run business with a dedicated team, and are here to provide the highest level of expertise & advice when looking for your next car.
7. Our aim is to sell quality, value for money vehicles, with honesty & integrity, a large number of our sales come from recommendations or repeat customers, we are also proud to be local.

9. Our stock is sourced via local main dealers or as part exchanges, as well as purchased direct from the current owner.
10. Over the years we have demonstrated time & time again that well presented and keenly priced cars sell them self, so  to make your experience as pleasant as possible we offer a " NO PESTER POLICY " we are on hand to assist if required.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

It is important to us to provide a very high standard of service to our customers, its also our aim to resolve a complaint as quickly as possible.

If you have a complaint about our service then we would like to hear from you, we will try to resolve your complaint immediately, however sometimes this may not be possible, in the unlikely event that we are not able to resolve the issue by the end of the next working day we will keep you informed of the progress.

If you have a regulated contract with us and are not satisfied with our final response, you may be illegible to refer the matter to the Financial  Ombudsman Service. You must do this within six months of our final response.
